There is not bug in this level, but the Acorns are placed in a tricky way. Until you clear the ones that are present in the board, new ones won't drop down. And, since this is not the "windy level", they won't be moved in the direction, that we made the cropsie combos.
So, to beat this level ---> First, you have to move both the Acorns from their places, and bring them on to the "Hay", so they can drop down / move down.

NOTE: Please be aware that only 2 Acorns at a time will be available for you to collect in this level. So, make sure to drop them down and collect before your moves run out. And also, you have Darwin to feed the Hay too. Once the Acorns are out, bringing the goat to the Hay is easy. But, you will need minimum 3-4 moves to finish it up 😃

A) In Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962 create a match of four in a square which will create a Super Cropsie
B) Collecting four cropsies will add one point of value to adjacent cropsies in Level 962 of Farm Heroes Super Saga
C) In Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962 five cropsies in a row will remove all cropsies of the same type off the board
D) Create a T or L shaped match of five cropsies will create a line blast that adds two points of value to all affected Cropsies that are part of collection requirement in Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962
E) In Level 962 cropsies gain extra value when you create a match of four or above
F) Try to make a square match with your target Cropsies which will create a Super Cropsie which has a permanent extra value in Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962
G) In Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962 Super Cropsies also get a bonus boost in value when you match next to them compared to normal Cropsies
H) In Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962 using a collection Basket on a Cropsie will collect all the other Cropsies of the same type from the board for you.
I) Make matches directly next to the Goat to reduce his counter in Level 962 of Farm Heroes Super Saga
J) In Farm Heroes Super Saga Level 962 clear the leaves first by creating matches on top of them to reveal the Hay
