It can be annoying to be told you were so close when you know for sure you were no where near. Luckily, if my game is anything to go by it doesn't appear very often and you will probably find you lose the feature after a week or two.

How old is your device @alanrobin1 I know the Fire OS is based on android open source but I don't know how that relates to versions of android. Anything older than android 5 is unsupported by Candy Crush and this seems to have led to the wholesale removal of players using older apps/devices.

Hi @PummyRaj I don't have the 'Help A Friend' feature yet. I am like you with the Friends Challenge in that I don't play a lot of new levels, so the friend will most likely always win.

Yes @christinewupp we are collecting wrapped/striped, but for me it is only from new levels. As this started in my game nearly two hours ago and there is a 30 minute time limit have you not received anything for beating me?
