By saying you've not received your rewards on your ipad, do you mean you won them on a different device? If so, the boosters & lives unfortunately do not transfer between devices, only your gold bars will.

In this level, even though you reach a required score, it also requires using all 25 moves. This level is also tough because of the amount of moves you get. It helps if a friend sends extra moves. But if you can get a striped candy at the top (I'm sure you already know;-)) or a good combo with a color bomb it's doable.
