Why is this all taking so long? It's been days now since many of us haven't been able to play due to losing levels since the update?!

I was on the last game of the most recent levels added approx 12 days ago.. over 3026 (can't remember exactly) When I loaded my game yesterday I have been placed back so many levels! Can you please help? (tag me when you have an update on the fix please)

Still stuck on 207 .. hope it's updated soon ..

Thanks for your reply Teresa, yes I am still waiting for them to restore me to my last level and I have mentioned to Customer Service that I lost all my boosters! Hopefully it will get fixed soon for all of us that have lost their level placement and lost boosters!

Hi @kathy3220 I am also on the last level (or was) since the update.. and I agree with you the further you get in this game the less generous they are. I have been thinking this for quite some time.. at the levels we are on they 'know' we obviously love playing the game and don't find the need to give as much as they did.…

I updated yesterday and contacted CS who said they would restore my game to level 3275 as the update put me back even further. I lost all my boosters and have forwarded them a receipt proving my purchases of gold bars (900) which I used to buy boosters and now have lost. I have heard nothing back from them and cannot…

I just updated it, I didn't uninstall/install. It hasn't put me back on the same level and I have lost boosters. I can provide proof.

Hi Lola_Pop thanks for trying to help, but I'm afraid none of it did. I was playing my game as normal and when i opened it again to play further all my boosters had gone. It is extremely difficult at the level I am on 1601 without the boosters I have paid for. Please just give me back my Boosters!
