  • If for any reason you happen to change the date or time on your device this tends to happen. As this is a rubbish event anyway with little chance of winning anything, regardless how many tickets you have, does it really matter?

  • This happened about a year ago @__mulliganaceous__ , when they changed all the levels around to place the hardest ones towards the end of episodes and the easiest ones into the middle. This level was swapped around with the rest of them in 2025.

  • They did come back with a reply to me @PummyRaj : Two players with the same problem both told me their issue was fixed when they updated the app. Hopefully this will help @trini4eva as well.

Complaining to Support is the best you can do. And don't pay to pass a level that is mathematically impossible to pass, since paying for extra moves…

  • `Hi @trini4eva I think this is only a problem for some players who are playing an older version of the game. Please could you make sure that your app is updated. Two others who posted about the same issue had it fixed by updating the app, so hopefully this will work for you too.

  • OMG @MannyFae you really did go all out testing this level! Thank you for the feedback. It's indeed baffling, and I can't make out what any of it means. The numbers should be roughly equal for each of the colours for sure, so this huge range is bizarre. I wish I had your chocolate box, then I could join you in the tests.…
