only 18 moves level 7861

im getting so frustrated and losing so many lives and boosters.. everywhere i research says 22 moves.. and the sprinks dont all get to the drop until move 21. im only getting 18 moves to start.. PLEASE HELP. ive contacted support ..im not complaining its hard.. im saying the squeeze in moves doesnt allow the option to win without buying or being gifted extra moves.

It's something called "dynamic difficulty." It applies to almost all levels past 200.

The level count is also quite homogeneous: I have made a chart. We missed the 50-move levels.

You're not alone. This is one of the recent changes I complained about here:

The AI that's running the app and determines the number of moves for each player has gone berserk. Complaining to Support is the best you can do. And don't pay to pass a level that is mathematically impossible to pass, since paying for extra moves in such cases will send the wrong signal to the app. It's better to just stop playing and find something better to do until they add the moves again.
