That didn't work for me last time I tried with the Alien Invasion event. You would of course lose the Palooza event if you did this, so I'm not sure it's a good recommendation for everyone.

The game does shuffle twice and if there is no possible move after the second reshuffle it will automatically terminate, but this does not usually happen after a colour bomb + fish match. Which one? I didn't see it. As a matter of fact this does not change my argument of course, since this was level 288! A genuine new player at level 288 cannot be expected to find that one hidden winning move.

Please give it until next week before you give up on this. Often at weekends there are no King staff around both here and at player support. Hopefully next week someone will pick this up. @QueenB @Kevin_ ?

You have a valid complaint and it should get responded to @dawnmohrbacher . However at weekends often there is no one at player support is around. You should have received an automated reply. If you did then make a note of the ticket number and do not open another ticket, stick with that one. You have to give it three…

That is a huge sum of money, so I would suggest you go directly to Apple/Google/Facebook etc whichever holds you credit card details and ask for a refund! King can't refund you any money as they don't hold those details, so just contact the company that holds your payment details.

This is a known issue for a lot of others this week. It appears the event is broken. I would suggest you don't spend any money. Spending money just to play the start tournament is just crazy.

Well yes, of course. This is a known issue which is not going to change. If you are stuck on a level either post a screenshot here or look up all 15 levels of the same episode on Youtube to find your level.

Hi @kanddp Please could you post a screenshot of your starting board. The levels have been muddled up and rearranged within each episode so the YouTube videos no longer match the number of levels.
