Hi well I'm glad you're doing so well in the game that you haven't had to buy any gold. So basically u are saying I'm rubbish at the game and that's why I have to pay money to get past levels. So explain to me why I can be stuck on a level for days sometimes a week. I never get any help with boosters dropping until the end…

I put a screenshot of one of the levels that I am currently stuck on. You can see how impossible it is to get past without paying

So stuck on a level for 5 days now. I found this bit of information looking through the settings and I'm thinking of taking this company to court to see if I can get my money back.

Hi just wanted to drop a reply. According to candy crush support you apparently you can pass levels without having to spend money and without boosters

Hi can't remember what level it was. But yes I am having to pay really money to get passed most levels
