Hy. Sorry for your loss. Lives can disappear if you update your device, Facebook, or the game, or if you save them too long since they expire over time. Lives are stored only on the device where you received them and won’t transfer to another device. To get more, simply ask your friends in-game.

Wow. 232 Win streak is insane. Yeah... exactly! The bag rewards did work before, but now they're not kicking in. May be at higher levels it doesn't work

Yessss! sometimes I also face the same problem. Crashing like crazy! but after Try these steps. I overcome it: 1. Update the app 2. Clear cache 3. Check device storage 4. Reinstall Candy Crush
