For the last few days, it keeps closing down and chucking me off halfway through a level. Why?

Il gioco sul tablet si blocca. Se provo con altro device non riesco più a connettermi col mio account FB per non perdere il livello raggiunto. Mi compare l'avviso sei offline, mentre sono sicuramente online.
I am on level 7325. I found it a bit difficult so I searched internet and found that it only had 7 pets to save. I have 10. It is impossible to pass it at 7 let alone 10 pets. Could someone look into this. .
I opened the game this morning and I was on level in the 20’s not sure which one but this morning it reset to level 1. Again. Second time this happened. So frustrating
My peptopia game has reverted back to level 1. I am still able to play normally and recieve prizes it's just a little annoying when I was on a higher level inthe game
why I can’t request lives from friends
game is telling me to reconnect bu am already connected to the internet and facebook please help
