Is there anything that I can do to solve this problem? All of my other games on my phone are fine. In the middle of playing it just freezes and I have to exit the game.

Have you checked for updates by any chance? If not just re-install it, that usually works for me. Just make sure you have synced your game with facebook otherwise you'll lose your progress!
