Color Pops Missing

I used 23 gold bars to purchase 3 color pops.  My color pops are missing and 23 gold bars. How do I get my 3 color pops or 23 gold bars replaced? I need boosters or gold bars to try to advance to next level. I have been stuck for weeks.
