Why cant i pass level 297 in pet rescue?

Pet rescue saga does not allow me to proceed past level 297. I know there are further levels...help!!

    Hey! If you are stuck between a world and it is grayed out then there is a work around! Simply play on your phone or tablet. If you connect the game to Facebook all of your levels will be there. If you prefer to play on the PC you can simply pass the world on your phone then continue playing on Facebook afterwards :) I hope this helps!
