Level 747 has insufficient moves

Using tablet. Level should have 45 moves and only has 35. Same on phone. Impossible to pass with 35 moves as don't get enough pets dropping to release the required 14. Anyone else got this problem?

Hey Margaret wow you are doing great! I am not actually that far yet but I did find a video of another player passing the level that might help you.

The above video doesn't help, it has 45 moves, our tablet and phone only have 35 to complete, it's almost impossible...
