I want to know how you can use your coins to buy boosters to help in difficult levels. It seems to me that you can only buy coins but once you have them you do not seem to be able to use them! I have lots of coins and want to buy boosters but seems you have to buy gold bars to buy boosters...what is the point in having coins if you cannot use them? Can anyone help please?

I know what you mean but the coins can only be used to buy the Block Buster Booster, not any of the other boosters. Its just a little in-game thing to help you through the levels.
