Why am I losing paint brushes I paid for in games where you earn free paint brushes?

Three times I have purchased 12 paint brushes. When you EARN and use a brush in a game, it removes one of the ones I paid for.

I too have this issue. But when I tried containing King for help, they sent me an automated response sending me here. And then said at the bottom of the message said that this was the only response l would get. Thanks Randle but the answer given did not come close to addressing mine or the other persons question. Not sure why King does not at least recognize that this question has been asked by more than one user. I've quit buying boosters as a result.
