Pet Rescue Level 289

I am stuck on Level 289 in Pet Rescue for days, I get 6 of 9 Pets, and 3 are on stumps/no way to move them without more Arrows and still they don't move on some shots, so its wasted time..Please help!!

Hey Focus on freeing the pets from the boxes.
Move the pets to the bottom as quick as possible.
Use the half line blasters to rescue more pets
Clear large clusters of blocks to earn rocket boosters.
Use the rocket boosters to make things easy.

Nope i tried this but not workin how do i clear the beams so the pets get rescued i even unlock with the key n still noe workin

why did I lose my boosters
I got on pet rescue with my android like everyday again king asked me to agree to terms of service again I did and I lost all my boosters all of them and then I lost my weather time? being at the end of the game I want a answer or I can just stop playing this is crazy I even took screen shots
