Level 266 pet rescue saga.

Been on this level for weeks. When I get to the bottom of the screen, the whole screen freezes,and the game stops. I've watched every video, and read mostly all the suggestions. Still stuck..anyone else?

What have you tried. Have you seen the official King video for loading issues. I have it bookmarked, its pretty handy.

received an automated response from King, and was told to delete history etc. refresh browser, switch to another browser and try again.Did all that, watched the video and still stuck. ..

Hmm, is it only on this level, what about other levels and games, does the same thing happen?
