What happened to the 12 lives I had accumulated from friends? These were in addition to the base 5 and were in the messages. They were there earlier today, and now they are gone.

If you got them from friends and they have disappeared just get them to send over some more. I think you can only get them back if you purchased them and then didn't receive them.
