Hey Ian, have you been able to rescue pets again? If that happens to me, I mainly try a couple of things. Change browser; either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox; those work the best for me. Clear cache on your PC. Restart your PC just for the sake of it. Check https://www.whatismybrowser.com if you want to know if you still need something else on your PC.
