message (missing param)

Can't move on in game message  saying missing param keeps popping up than kicks me off how do I fix?

Hi Shannoncare, do you play connected to the Kingdom? If not, do so and create a Kingdom account. Go to settings within the game app. Tap the orange and yellow icon and choose a nickname and avatar. Fill in your email address and choose a password. You've now saved your progress. Restart your device, check for updates for your device and your apps. If it doesn't solve the issue, reinstall the app. Afterwards you connect to the Kingdom and you retrieve your progress. Note that you may loose saved lives and boosters.
