my request for help are not being applied for my games when i recieve them.

i send out requests constantly and my friends are not receiving them and if when I do get them they are not applied to my game.  this happens in pet rescue saga and candy crush.  this needs fixed now...I have has this issue since day one and fed up with it

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago but the issue resolved itself. Is the problem fixed for you now too? Let us know
