When will the request issue to unlock the next episode be fixed?

This has been going on for months now.  When I had been able to email support I was told they were aware of the issue and were working on a fix.  They gave me gold bars so that I could pay my way through.  Well I have used up all of the gold and am now stuck again.  My friends are not getting the requests to unlock the next episode.  I send them out at least once a day using just the Pet Rescue friends and the All friends options.  Can this please be fixed, or remove the roadblocks until it is fixed?

I thought they worked on King.com, well I see you have tagged King.com maybe you're playing on Facebook where I know it's an issue. If you can, then play on King.com because normally on there you can progress. How are you getting on?

I am playing on King.com.  I am able to send them, but my friends don't get them to help me unlock

I guess maybe it's on both platforms then. I wish I could help you but I can only really say to wait and maybe they will update and arrange it.
