How do you destroy the box blocker with the pointer?

The box blocker with the pointer that moves and adds a cage. I do not know how to destroy it. I am on the pet island at level 172 and cannot get my pets to the ground & the rocket doesn't destroy this box blocker.

These are 'mesh machines' that put mesh on them selves and anything that surrounds them. They can only be destroyed when they have no mesh on them, and only by bombs, line blasters or rockets. Here is an example of Pet Island Level 4
