Why am I not receiving the daily bonus

I am playing pet rescue saga on an iPad and a laptop and I have not received any daily bonus on either one. My husband and friends have played on their iPads, laptops and desktops and have received the bonus for July and now it has rest for them for August. Can you please help so I can get them also. Thanks in advance. I am on level 607.

I don't think anything can be done about that Muriel, it looks like this new feature hasn't been rolled out to everyone yet, probably still checking everything is running smooth before they do release it to all!
