how do you eliminate the metal cages on level 4 of pet island in pet rescue saga? what do the handles do? what is the circle in the top left block?

You can only eliminate them with Bombs, Line Blasters and Rockets it seems. There's a video in this thread as well, worth checking out : https://care.king.com/en/pet-rescue-saga/level-4-on-pet-island
