Pet island how do I clear blk block sect.nothing moves,hammer won't clear animals or blk blocks

I clear almost all blocks,seal won't move down,pairing bomb type things don't do anything .hammer does not clear black blocks.makes no sense?what do I do to clear black. Blocks,& get seal diwn

there is a box with a line blaster that goes up.. you have to clear the blocks from the row closest to the seal and then yse the line blaster to get the seal to come down.

The trick is to get the fire and ice bombs together to blow up first the metal box, then to get the mesh off the line blaster. It isn't easy getting them together, especially without blowing up the 2nd bomb with the 1st. If you have extra block busters they can be very handy!here is a video example:
