Pet rescue glitch?

On level 1002 I have no chargeable  booster in the bottom right corner but have seen there should be the paint brush booster there in videos. The level seems to be impassable without it.

    Hi Nicole- Thanks for taking the time to highlight this issue. Our technical team is aware of this issue and will investigate it to try and find a solution as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, there seems to be a workaround. Please go back and play these levels: 7, 10, 17, 19, 33, 48 and 164. You do not need to complete them, just play them. This should unlock the boosters.

    If that doesn't work, could you give us some more information in order to help us fix this issue all the sooner? We need to know:

    The make and model of your device.

    The OS version.

    The game app version.
