My levels in Mystic Path 224 and Animal kingdom 147 have not advanced in weeks after completing them both several times.  Need help

    Hey Nita,

    Do you already play connected to the Kingdom? If not, create a Kingdom account. Open the game on your mobile and go to settings. Select the Kingdom icon. Now choose an avatar and username. Enter your email address and choose a password. This profile will help you to synchronize your progress.

    Now check for updates for your device and apps. Restart your mobile.

    Can you progress now? If you still have the same issue, then uninstall and reinstall the game. Connect to your Kingdom account and you'll get your progress back.
