Why is pet rescue continuing to shut down

When will this be taken care of ? I don't want to loose this game but if I can't play there is no need to keep it it just keeps shutting down I really hate when it up dates on its own and this happens

    Hey Pat, we got word that it should be taken care of very soon! We flagged this to our technical team they've been investigating and working on resolving the problem.

    When I use this game on King.com it says refresh the page and start again. Its been this way for a day and a half
