Disappearing Message Box which had access to extra lives and missing rewards

Massage Box disappeared, list all my rewards, and lost over 300+ lives (which were listed in the message inbox) when I downloaded Per Rescue Saga into a new phone. Only received an email to my ask for help which sent me to this site. Please reply to my request for your assistance. FYI: As I am reading request and reviews here thare seems to be a problem with your last update. As of today a very dissatisfied customer but this could change of you would fix the proble.

Gold Bars and levels sync across devices, but boosters and things like promotions and messages only get stored locally and can be used on the device they were obtained on. That's what I was told by Moderator here, items are only transferable if they were purchased. I had to provide proof of purchase in order to got my items credited to my new phone.
