Hi I deleted Pet Saga in error how do I restore, I saved through Kingdom

I have reinstalled the Pet Saga app, but it is at level one. How do I restore to the level I was at. I saved to Kingdom but never played through Facebook

    Find the little kingdom icon on the home page of the app and enter your email address and password. Once done, this will return your game progress. Let me know if you need any further help :)

    Thank you got that far but forgotten my password, the email from King has not came through, despite trying many times. I note there is a few players waiting for the same thing

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
