Hi guys, I need help synchronizing my account.

i've always played Pet Rescue Saga on my phone with an app and I'm on level 701. 

I tried to sign in through Facebook to play but I'm only on level 2 there. 

And I recently downloaded the app on my iPad but again I'm only on level 2 because it tried to synchronize with my Facebook account.

Is there anyway I can sychronize all these accounts with my mobile account so that I can be on level 701 and not have to start back at the very beginning?

Hey Jewel. The people at King have a really useful video for synchronizing to Facebook. I have used these steps before so I can confirm that they work just fine. Hopefully they will help you out:

Hey jewel21, sounds like you had a Kingdom account when playing on your mobile. Now make sure you synchronize this with your Facebook account. On PC you can go to www.king.com and login with your Kingdom credentials. Then go to settings top right on your screen and select the sync option there.

Thanks for the help! I got the game to synchronize on facebook, my mobile, and on my iPad but I'm now having issues with the number of boosters. 

I had 35 or so rockets, 9 keys, 24 or so balloons, etc but now it appears I don't have any...

Is there any way to fix this issue?

From what I've read this can happen in our games, boosters are not synchronized anywhere. I found my answer here, have a little read of the moderator comment on this thread:
