Is there a level 1421 in Pet Rescue Saga

Someone told me they are waiting for new levels to open and they are currently on level 1421 in Pet Rescue.  How is this possible, when I see only 1257 available.  He says he 'subscribes' to Pet Rescue.  Is this true

    It just sounds like your friend is playing on facebook.

    The levels are always ahead on Facebook, I think there's only around 1240 on mobile right now.

    actually I am playing on FB and my level only goes to 1257, which is why I am wondering if he is pulling my leg or not. He says you can be a 'member' in pet rescue and yet I don't see a way to be a 'member' anywhere.
