I can't buy gold bars in Pet Saga.

When I try to purchase gold bars, as I have before, it says that it cannot retrieve information from the game.
When I try to contact, it won't accept check mark for I am not a robot.

Have you tried again Tamara?
Maybe check your payment details on Facebook and clear cache on your PC. Then try again.
