Is there technical problems not getting the reward for collecting 100 pets?

I got the message I had rescued the 100 pets. There was nothing showing to collect the 12 hours it normally gives you. I had 7 hours and somewhat minutes left fr4om completing the pet island reward. So, I should of had at least 19 hours total hours left. Why did I not get the reward??
