how to get more gold bars? how to send or recv boosters?

my daughter used 47 gold bars to get to level 26 before I ever started playing recently, is there any way to "win" more of them? also im not sure about how to randomly send boosters unless the box pops up. thanks I'm very new and she whipped through the tutorial

Hi Shelly!
I haven't seen any campaigns in Pet Rescue lately where you can win gold bars. Normally you have to buy them in the game.
The pop-up box only shows once you start the game.
I hope you progress well in Pet Rescue :-)
