Problem with level 80

I get down to 10 lines to go and it says I lost too many pets even I haven't lost any at all. It's done it at least 3 times. I'm on a note 4 that's up to date on software and I have the up to date version of pet rescue saga.

If the pop up at the end of the level says you have failed then you must be doing something to lose the pets. Reference it with a youtube video of the level or something, compare what happens in your game to see if something is up.
