Cannot advance on pet rescue saga

I have been stuck at lvl 69 for about 2 months now. I send out the message to ask for help to advance and my friends say they are not getting them. I also do not get theirs so we are all stuck. I am also no longer getting the block breakers,lives,requests for lives, nothing is getting in my message box There is multiple people stuck at that spot so I know its not me. Most other king games have 3 options, pay with gold, ask friends, wait 2-3 days and you can pass. Why does this game not have the last option? Would solve this whole issue.

This article is useless for the most part for this issue. Servers are busy? If they are so busy it takes 2 months for a message to go through, you might want to invest in a few more servers. You just got bought out for what, 57 58 BILLION? I think you can afford to upgrade your system just a little and hire a few people that know how to actually fix a problem!There seems to be an ongoing issue with this. Read about it here:
