I passed level 8 on the island and I did not get credit for it.  This is the second time within a week that I have passed a level and was not credited for it.  I lost block busters in the process.  Game has also been freezing up a lot lately.  Please resolve this.

    Have you tried some troubleshooting on your end first? For mobile check for updates and do a restart.

    On PC, clear cache and restart your machine. Then try different browsers. You can also rescue pets on king.com.
