I've been playing for more than a year and never had any issues, but it's been 5 days since I'm getting Internal Service Failure error when launching application. What should I do? please help.

I cleaned up my phone and had plenty of space, but it didn't help. I had to reinstall the game and now I lost my levels (I was on level 838). I remember creating an account a while ago (not logging in with Facebook account), but I can't find the way to that account anymoreHow much free space do you have left on your device?
