Cannot get past the broken bridge, what do Ineed to do?

Played stage 27, now cannot get across the bridge, and have asked for help but none has arrived. This has been going on for a week, and it is really annoying as this is one of my favourites. What can be done to sort this matter out? I have not had any responses to my request for help, why is this daft hitch in the game? I just play alone, it is helping to improve my responses and eye reactions. I look forward to getting your reply, with the resolution to this problem.
