Check out the Facebook. They are always posting about new levels etc:

I haven't seen a lot of info here about new content so I think the Facebook page is your best bet.

Sonya, new levels are released every fortnight for Pet Rescue.They come out first on PC, The next one is due On Thursday 29th.Then on android (usually the Monday after a Thursday release) But for iphones and ipads the updates seem less predictable (sorry)
