i'm playing pet rescue for long time and now i can't send request to unblock the new levels, my friends lists appears to be empty
Just visit King.com from a stationary computer and you can now sign up with an email address as well as perform the sync between Facebook and King.com
i don'r know how to register on king.com, as i can see is no option to register

Have you tried playing the game on King.com? I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well.
I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to send and receive help fast and without any issues.

I got a new phone and was connected through Facebook. When I got the new phone and downloaded the game it did not save my last game. I was on level 3044 or close to it. Can I recover it some how?

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
