My game was lost

I resetted my iPhone and game progress ses lost i was on 1475. Level ... I don't know what to do I logged on the game when I use my old facebook account after that I use gamecenter but i can't log in now and I don't remember the user name that game did give to me I can't log in and I can't play the levels that I was reached it. Please help me I don't know what to do
