Why are the hammers, when lit up to use, not releasing to break blocks?

When I am playing Pet Rescue Saga, I break the blocks, then when I have enough broken, and the hammer lights up, I try to click on it to move to break a block, but I cannot move the hammer over to break a block? I have not had any problems with this game, and love playing it, but cannot use the hammer, so there is no use in playing, and it is frustrating, I love this game, and play it nightly.

If you're talking about the black blocks, then no, the hammers don't (or can't) break the black blocks, only a rocket, a bomb, a shooter, I don't know what they're technically called but the shooters that go across, but hammers will not break black blocks. Hope this helps!
