How do I get my boosters back after saving on my King account?

Help please! I have saved my progress on my King account through the game and when I wanted to play on, my boosters were gone and my daily bonus was also reset, causing me to lose some days. Why did this happen and how can I get my boosters back??

This was the second time I synced my account and my game is usually connected to Facebook when I play with an internet connection
