For 3 weeks now my Candy Crush will not update. I have to delete it then download it to get an update. This also makes me lose all of my boosters, some that I have paid for. I was in close competition with a friend that now is way ahead of me! I am also having the same issue with Pet Rescue! I am playing on an iPhone 6 Plus.

Hi Sharriegregg- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem updating your games. Please could you let me know the following?
- When did the problem start?
- Is there an error message, if yes, what does it say?
- Which iOS version do you have?
o Go to the home screen of your iOS device and click on Settings.
o Click on General.Click on About.
o Note the number after Version; this is the version of iOS installed on the device.
