i cant pass 1609 without using a rocket i play on computer

i am helping a friend try to pass 1609 in pet rescue but just can't seem to pass it. i passed on mine by using a hammer. how do you pass with out a rocket. i can get 3 of the 4 pets sometimes

    I agree it is a ridiculously hard Level.

    It can be completed without boosters, but I've only known two players who managed this.

    If enough people have the same complaint may be the Level will be changed?
