PET RESCUE ACCESSABILITY

Using Chrome the game will not load and using Firefox an error message occurs.However using the same computer but logging on to Facebook using my wife's account the game plays with no problem.This is the FOURTH DAY I can not play Pet Rescue and need a solution as Facebook never responds to problem reports. " HELP "

Tried 3 different browsers and got different error codes but still couldn't access Pet Rescue Saga.Using the same computer and same browser I can play the game if I log on to Facebook using someone  else's account

Knowing the error codes you're getting could be useful if you don't mind sharing. So apart from trying different browsers, you haven't done any of the other suggested steps?

StuckInATree, I've been talking with this player on Facebook.

He has been able to access the game on a different device (laptop) and it appears he has the new HTML5 version of the game (the 'tablet' version) With the Mystery Mountain bonus game (which is only for the mobile apps)

But, even though Chrome on his computer is HTML5 compatible, the game will not load there. 

He has tried both Firefox and Chrome on computer (and cleared cache etc of both of them)

I think we need a King Care team member to check his account (I'll notify them)
